Gugi Gumilang is de Executive Director van In-Docs, een non-profit organisatie die Docs by the Sea and Good Pitch Indonesia organiseerde.

Zijn professionele interesse gaat voornamelijk uit naar filmprojecten met maatschappelijke impact. Gugi heeft vele jaren ervaring in het managen van filmfestivals en diende als panelist, commissielid voor de selectie en jurylid voor bekende internationale filmfestivals en filmfondsen, waaronder Cannes Docs, DOK Leipzig, Sunny side of the Doc, IDFA, International Documentary Association en Purin Pictures.
